An Introduction
Hello Adventurers,
We started this blog hoping to talk a bit more about our company and our holidays, and how and why they might suit you and your fitness needs. However, while our adventures run from a week to a month, health is a long-term process. We want to be there for you the rest of the year—away from the suns of Morocco or the snow-topped peaks of the Alps—whether at home, the office, or right in the palm of your hand. To do so, we’ll be posting periodically (up to two times per week) on the latest health trends and news, simplifying and this gathering information for your benefit. We’ll also have guest bloggers and fitness trainers offering their own advice, speaking on their personal fitness journeys, and blogging from all over the world. We can’t wait to get started—but first thing’s first, we here at Fitness Adventure Travel want to wish you all a healthy, happy summer, and all the best in the years to come.
