Moroccan Fitness Adventure, Day 1
I just discussed the arrival into Marrakech and the warmth of the greeting at the Pullman, but there is something interesting about waking up in a beautiful place you have never seen before; it is like being a child again. You are more willing to embrace new things, your mind is open to trying new food, and you feel more alive. This alive feeling is what I want people to feel in the morning when they wake up and start to get ready for the morning training session. Even for me, the trainer, on day one I am thinking about health. I am testing the gym equipment and thinking of ways to transform the body. So many people say “I don’t go on holiday to workout” but this is NOT a workout. This is a chance to learn and refresh the body, learn to eat right, lose weight, and have a personal trainer with you for 3 sessions teaching and guiding you.
I personally would love this type of attention. There have been times even I have had a coach that I wanted more time with. I wanted longer sessions, or simply need an extra boost.
If you are reading this and thinking about how your blood pressure is high, or you have extra weight, or are simply feeling down on yourself—this is the chance to get on a plane and take one week for yourself.
