Ryan Phillips On Ecuador: A Fitness Adventure
I was super excited to learn that I’d be heading up the Fitness Travel Adventure experience in Ecuador next April.
I’ve never been to South America and this trip presents the prefect opportunity to not only experience the natural beauty of the continent but also to lead a small group of fitness enthusiasts for 9 days of adrenalin pumping and exhilarating outdoor activities!
Along with the help of local guides, I’ll be taking my team whitewater rafting, hiking up 4,500m volcanoes in the Andes mountains, and mountain biking down the other side. We’ll be jogging through the rain forest, hiking down the Pailon del Diablo waterfall, lagoon trekking, and boating up the amazon river—just to name just a few. It’s incredible.
To balance things out, we’ll also be taking some well deserved rest and recovery time in the stunningly beautiful hot springs of Papallacta.
As a Celebrity Fitness Trainer, I’ll also be looking forward to putting these folk through their paces each day with my signature Bodyweight Workouts, designed specifically to burn fat, tone muscles, and take my clients’ fitness to soaring new heights.
Exercising outdoors feels great at the best of times, but doing so with the backdrop of the Andes, and all that beautiful fresh mountainous air… Well, that’ll be the icing on the cake for a truly unique and life changing experience no one is likely to forget.
