THE EXPERIENCE
For this retreat in Marrakech, you will be based at the Pullman Palmeraie Resort and Spa. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, amid 42 acres of palm and olive trees. There are swimming pools, spa, jacuzzi, massage and tennis. There is also an 18-hole golf course. The resort is nestled in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. There will be time to explore Marrakech – the medina souk is only 15 minutes drive away. Explore the countryside with cross country cycling and an early morning quad biking adventure tour. You are guaranteed a great weekend.

Itinerary
Day 1 (Arrival)
Arrive Thursday afternoon/early eveningMeet up with the trip leader for briefing.Receive Welcome pack and freshen up.
Outdoor dynamic stretch class and explore the grounds.
Day 2 (Friday)
Early morning there will be an escorted quad biking adventure tour around Lalla Takerkoust Lake and Agafay desert. There will be a break for food and hydration
Back to hotel to rest and relax
Fun training outdoors with your Fitness Adventure Travel personal trainer
Evening Trek or guided trip into the heart of Marrakech
Day 3 (Saturday)
Escorted cross country biking tour two to three hours around Marrakech palm groves and rock desert. There will be a break for food and hydration
Rest and relax by the pool

Evening Trek (escorted).
Day 4 (Sunday)
Fitness Training and Yoga
